The match between Shaheen Asmayee and Mawjhai Amu was over early as the team from Kabul scored four first half goals. Last year's champions were simply too much for the winless Amu Waves to handle.

Mawjhai Amu looked like they were going to contend when they scored to even the match, in the first half, at one goal apiece. They added a late goal in the 91st minute and suffered their second consecutive loss, 4-2.

So far this season, Shaheen Asmayee are playing like a defending champion should. This was their second win in as many games. They will look to continue their winning ways in next week's match versus Oqaban Hindukosh.
